At Instant Fastag And GPS Services, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
Once a FASTag is issued, activated, or linked to a vehicle, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the FASTag is defective at the time of issue or not activated due to a technical error from our side, we will provide a replacement or resolution after verification.
Incorrect vehicle details provided by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
GPS devices are eligible for exchange only if:
The device is damaged or not functioning at the time of delivery or installation.
The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of installation (as applicable).
Devices must be returned in original condition with box and accessories.
Physical damage, tampering, water damage, or misuse will void exchange eligibility.
No returns or exchanges are accepted after successful installation and usage.
No cash or online refunds are provided once the service is completed or the product is activated.
In case of duplicate payment or payment failure where service is not delivered, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Installation charges, activation fees, and service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
