By using Instant Fastag and Gps Services, you acknowledge that we act as an authorized agency for NETC Fastag issuance. All KYC documents collected are submitted directly to the banking partner for verification.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) and ID proofs are used strictly for banking KYC purposes only. We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketing agencies.

Refund Policy

1. Issuance Fees: Fees paid for new tags are non-refundable once the tag is activated.

2. Failed Recharges: If a recharge amount is deducted but not credited to the Fastag wallet, the refund is processed automatically by the bank gateway within 5-7 working days.
